A dream home for a dream client...that was the request. She waited a long time to do this work! Oh, and it had to look like it was a modern Manhattan apartment, not the 1960's unit it started as. The kitchen, dining room and living room came down to the studs to open up walls and install new lighting, appliances and cabinetry. All new furniture, doors and mill work, some of it custom. New  double hung full wall length closet meets the needs of a style maven who now has the space to store her shoes, bags, boots and perfume. And her husband got his closet back! Spoiler alert- behind the blue drapes in the dining room is a door to a lovely exterior terrace.
