Sometimes you have to live in the home to determine what changes need to be made. This post war co-op apartment had three sides of windows which made it feel like a house rather than an apartment, so we opened some of the walls to bring in the light. New furniture, new lighting throughout, new bathrooms, updated kitchen and multi-use of space made this apartment supremely liveable for many years!
