DESIGN SERVICE
Want to ask questions about the design process that will work for you and your lifestyle?
A design consultation is often the first step towards one of my design package’s or can be a conversation that gets you started on your own. It is done in your home to walk through the specific room(s) you need design direction about, or we can do a virtual walk through together via phone video or through photographs. I’ll provide you with questions to ask, suggestions and guidance specific to your home to make educated decisions and avoid any costly mistakes.It is less expensive to make decisions in the thinking and drawing stages than in the “hammer and nail” stage! This consultation will provide you with the information you need to decide if you feel confident in executing your design desires on your own or need our assistance to “love where you live.”

“Ready to Build”
DESIGN SERVICE
Are you building a new home and being asked to make quick finishes selections by your contractors?
We can review the floor plan and options list provided by the builder with you and help you determine which options offered by the builder make sense for you to incorporate into the construction process and which can be easily added after the new home is built. We can even accompany you to the builder’s design center to help you with the finishes selections to create the cohesive home you’ve dreamed about.

“Ready to Renovate”
DESIGN SERVICE
Have you purchased a new home but the rooms don't fully reflect your lifestyle?
We can work with you to develop a new floor plan that reflects the way you want to live and entertain. You can provide us with dimensions and photographs, or we can come on site to gather the needed information. The new floor plan should reflect your new and future self and how you want to live in your new home. Once the new floor plan is developed, it can then be used to develop furniture, lighting and finishes plans or a project pricing package that can be given to professionals and trades to provide estimates for your renovation.

“Furniture and Finishings”
DESIGN SERVICE
Are you so busy traveling or living your best life that you don't have time to research, design, shop, and implement a design plan that represents your taste? Want to be sure that everything is the right size and works for how you want to live?
Our “Furniture and Finishings” design service includes selections of furniture and lighting using your floor plan. Don’t have a floor plan yet? We can create one for you to use with us.

This service is completely customized to meet your needs, and lifestyle. We will source new furniture, drapery, window treatments, wallpaper, rugs, flooring, lighting and accessories as well as design architectural features and cabinetry. We can also custom design when what you want does not yet exist!

Throughout the process, we’ll manage all details, including selections, ordering, tracking, receiving, inspecting, and installing furnishings and materials –to ensure that the final result meets your specific vision... so you “love where you live”!
